Up to 6 units of the same product
Person-to-person shipments allow up to 6 commercial units of the same product per waybill. If you send twenty identical boxes, the parcel looks like goods for resale, and that is where seizures come from.
You need an invoice from a registered business
An invoice issued by a registered company is required, along with the sworn shipping declaration. Medicine bought loose, with no receipt, is the most common reason for a parcel being held.
Original, sealed packaging
Each product must be in its factory packaging, tightly sealed, and kept at the temperature the manufacturer specifies. Loose blister packs or opened boxes do not get through.

How long does it take to arrive?
That depends on the courier you choose and on customs, not on the pharmacy, so we are not going to give you a date we cannot keep. When you pick an agency, ask them for the estimated time and whether customs clearance is included in the price.
